In this role, you will be a key advisor to Affirm’s fast-growing sales, partnerships, and merchant success teams. Structure, draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of global commercial agreements, including highly complex and novel agreements. Collaborate with and provide strategic and legal advice to various cross-functional teams. Manage and resolve legal issues that arise in existing domestic and international commercial relationships.

A key member of our stellar Product & Privacy Legal team, you will provide practical and business-oriented legal advice, ensuring alignment with Mozilla’s values of privacy, transparency, and privacy by design.
Serving as a strategic and pragmatic Privacy Counsel, you will advise on Mozilla’s product, business, and ecosystem needs. As well as drive risk-based privacy decision making across all levels of Mozilla. The privacy and legal teams coordinate closely with our colleagues in Public Policy, Engineering, Security, Trust & Safety, and Data Science on multidisciplinary issues.
